Needed Support from God and Others1
I have had a very busy and hard few months this new year, and also found out a lot during those months. When things get rough, you have a lot of bumps in the road. Nothing seems to go your way sometimes. Nothing makes anything better. You feel like you're failing.
Then, you realize you're not. God is always there and you really need to take that in.
As Jeremiah 29:11 says " I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, plans to prosper you not harm you. Plans to give you a hope and a future."
I got reminded of this during the hard times, that all good things come in time. And all things happen for the good. All this time I've realized that me being home a lot and being around the house more than I am out of the house sometimes you need to take the time to yourself.
Sometimes you need a break from the world to realize the people around you are very precious and know how to help you when your down and help you get through those times.
When I recently got an honor-roll certificate this week I realized that yes, I can do the work I never have known I could, but that I couldn't have done or brought out what I did without the guidance, love and support of my parents, family and friends.
Keep the ones that really prove to be there for you closer to you. You don't want to lose them.
A little bit about me: I am Kaitlyn. I love singing. I love writing (Which is why I am here). I hope what I write shows just how much God can make a difference in your life.
