Adult Christian Education

Godliness doesn't just happen.  The Bible exhorts each of us with these words: "train yourself to be godly" (1 Timothy 4:7).  To that end, we at Holden Chapel provide you with a number of different classes and seminars designed to help you grow in godliness.

Christian Education classes for adults are offered every Sunday morning from 9:00 - 10:10 am September through May.  Listed below are some examples of classes we offer at the Chapel. However, for our current classes please call the church office, since they change every three months.

Newcomers
Designed for those who are new to Holden Chapel or who desire to know more about who we are.

Solid Foundation
Deepen your understanding of what Christians believe and answer many of your spiritual questions.

Discovering My Spiritual Gifts Discover how God has already equipped you for a place of ministry in His kingdom and help you to know where you fit in the church.

Prayer Room
Gather together to pray for our pastors, staff, elders, ministries and family at Holden Chapel.

Joyful Service
Become more like Jesus by following His examples of servanthood.

Old Testament Studies
Learn how the ancient teachings of the Bible still apply to the modern world.

New Testament Studies
Take to heart the gospel of Jesus Christ and the teachings of his followers.
