Judy Groves' day job is serving as Holden Chapel's accounting manager, however her real passion is helping people who have dealt with the pains that go along with divorce.
Separation and divorce are among life's most difficult and painful experiences. You need the help and encouragement of others as you attempt to heal and restore balance to your life. A DivorceCare group is a special place of encouragement, information and sharing. DivorceCare groups meet weekly, providing you with an ongoing "support team" as you deal with the issues surrounding your separation or divorce.
At DivorceCare, you will become part of a small support group of people who are also experiencing separation and divorce. By interacting with these people, you'll learn there are others who understand what you are feeling and will be able to offer you encouragement. You'll also have a chance to talk about the information presented during the seminar. Many participants say these support groups are the most helpful part of the program.
DivorceCare meets Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. If you need further information, contact Judy at (508) 829-4441 x230. |

Divorce Care for Kids
Some children struggle deeply with separation and divorce, while others seem to bounce back quickly. But in the long run, all children are affected. The DivorceCare for Kids program will help minimize and eliminate the short- and long-term negative effects of divorce on a child's schoolwork, relationships, emotional health and spiritual life.
DivorceCare for Kids provides the opportunity for children of divorce to experience hope, help and restoration in their lives today and in the future.
You are welcome to join the group at any time. This session will end the middle of April and resume again in the Fall.
