There are billions of people in this world who are living broken lives because they have no hope. They have no hope for a better meal, education, or life for their children and they certainly do not have the real hope that only comes with life in Jesus. What is hope? Hope is the glimmer of light in a dark place, the first hint of rain for an arid land, the belief that something better is coming. As followers of Jesus Christ, our hope is that there is more to life than jobs, homes, cars and vacations. Our hope is to know God and to worship Him forever. Living each day with that hope gives us the strength to endure this world, and to live in a way that honors God and draws others to Him.
