Our Team

Pastor Tom lives in Holden with his wife Heather and their four children. He has served in ministry at the Chapel since 1987. He enjoys hiking, skiing, and cooking. He led the youth ministry, missions committee, and many other ministries before becoming Senior Pastor in 2001. He believes that the local church is to be a family of faith, building a house of hope for a desperate world. 

After working for 19 years for Holden Christian Academy, Judy's position expanded to include supporting Holden Chapel as well. As Accounting and HR Manager, she helps Holden Chapel and HCA staff navigate through and understand details around all things financial. She lives in Auburn with her husband Paul, and loves to read, craft, and spend as much time as possible with their children and grandchildren. 

Matt Brouillet oversees the care and repair of the church and school property. He loves being able to serve each ministry at Holden Chapel through his position, whether through setups, cleanups, or fix-ups. He also loves to sing and holds a part-time voice teaching position with Wachusett High School's Artist in Residence Program. If you come to the church early enough you may even catch him humming a few bars of your favorite hymn. Matt and his wife Lisa reside in Barre with their four children.

Tanya lives in Worcester with her daughter Eva.  She is a die-hard Patriots fan and would live at Walt Disney World if it weren’t so hot or expensive.  “Miss Tanya” has served in Children’s Ministries in one form or another for over 30 years.  Tanya’s desire is for kids to know Jesus and grow to be more like Him.  She wants church to be a place where kids love to be so as to facilitate this.  She loves to see kids “get it” when it comes to their understanding of God’s Word. 

Debra and her husband raised their daughter here in Holden. In 2022, Debra retired from her 40-year career in the corporate industry when the Spirit called her to serve the Lord by supporting His ministry here at Holden Chapel as well as help care for her new granddaughter. She loves how God’s perfect plan guided her to live practically in the Chapel’s backyard over 25 years ago and appreciates Him patiently waiting for her to open the door to greet Him 23 years later.
