We are so glad you found us!
At Holden Chapel, you will find a caring, multi-generational community of people. We are not perfect by any means, but we love God and love people.
We would love for you to join us!
WORSHIP SERVICE - SUNDAYS AT 10AM
On Sunday mornings, we gather together to worship God through singing and listening to the teaching of God's Word. Our music style is a mix of contemporary and traditional songs that is upbeat, heartfelt and God-focused. Our pastors bring a message from God's Word that can be applied to our everyday lives. A typical service will last between 75 and 90 minutes.
DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
We are located at 279 Reservoir Street in Holden. From Holden Center, turn onto Route 31 towards the Big Y. Holden Chapel is on the righthand side of the road. At the top of the driveway, turn left at the stop sign and drive around the church to the main entrance. There are multiple levels of parking.
FRIENDLY, CASUAL ATMOSPHERE
Whether you feel more comfortable dressing up or wearing casual clothing, come as you are! The only thing we require is that masks be worn while inside.
When visiting Holden Chapel, our friendly hospitality team will meet you at the door to welcome you inside. We also have caring people available to pray at the end of the Worship Service. In addition, we invite you to spend time connecting with our pastors and our people after the service.
FAMILIES WITH KIDS
Due to COVID-19, we have not started our Children's Ministries programs yet. We are hoping to offer nursery and classes for kids soon. Until then, kids are able to worship with their families on Sunday mornings.
Our worship service is designed to be family-friendly. Kids are encouraged to sing songs of worship, partake in communion (if they believe in Jesus), and learn from the Bible teaching. We have kits available in the lobby that include sermon notes and activities to help kids follow along during the sermon.
We have a family room located directly off the Lobby. It is ideal for parents with infants and young children when they need a "break". There is also a private room just for nursing mothers where they can see and hear the Worship Service.
